Making difficult transactions easy

Esperanza and her whole office were a joy to work with. Esperanza knows the Antelope Valley market very well, making a difficult sale bearable. From having tenants that did not want to work with us to squatters entering the house, they helped every step of the way. There were documents that needed signatures from people in different states and they collected everything while keeping everyone appraised of the progress. Anytime something needed to be done or I had a question, Araceli Sotello was always available. They had great advice, great contacts in all the areas we needed and we were only on the market for a few days before quality offers came in.
